Our vision is a dedicated site that brings the different parts of modern live production together.
At its heart would be a spacious rehearsal and production hall for touring, concert and show productions. Sets could be assembled, lighting and video systems configured, technical workflows tested and full productions rehearsed under realistic conditions before the first truck leaves.
Connected workspaces would support planning, design, project management and production preparation. We envisage an energy-efficient, resource-conscious office environment designed around the people working there.
Daylight, quality workstations, quiet areas, shared spaces, greenery and natural materials would create a place to develop ideas and productions together.
Photovoltaics, intelligent building systems, sustainable energy and future-ready charging infrastructure are part of this vision.
