PROFESSIONAL LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY
Flight Event plans and supplies professional lighting systems for events, touring and productions. We combine selected in-house equipment with project-specific dry hire to create flexible, scalable system solutions.
For the creative concept, lighting design and lighting technology work together. Previsualisation helps prepare looks and cue sequences before the build.

THE RIGHT SYSTEM.
NOT THE BIGGEST STOCK.
THE RIGHT SYSTEM, NOT THE BIGGEST STOCK
Professional lighting is not defined by the largest possible warehouse. What matters is assembling the technically and economically right system for each production.
Flight Event therefore combines selected in-house lighting equipment with project-specific dry hire. This lets us design brand-independent systems, scale them flexibly and tailor them precisely to the production, venue and technical requirements.
The production defines the solution—not the equipment currently in stock.
BRAND-INDEPENDENT
Equipment selected to match the requirements.
SCALABLE
From individual systems to complete touring productions.
PROJECT-SPECIFIC
Equipment is used where it makes technical sense.
COST-EFFECTIVE
Technology and scope matched to the actual requirements.
Frequently asked questions about lighting technology
Complete lighting systems, moving lights and show lighting, LED, battery and wireless systems, and lighting control with networking and signal distribution – for concerts, festivals, corporate events and touring.
It includes moving lights from Martin (MAC Viper XIP, MAC One, MAC Aura PXL) and Robe (MegaPointe), LED effects such as the ACME Pixel Line, LED and wireless systems from Astera, the MDG ATme hazer and ChamSys lighting consoles such as the MQ500M+ and MQ250M. Further systems are added on a project basis.
The production should determine the solution, not the stock on the shelf. Selected in-house lighting equipment is therefore combined with project-based dry hire, so systems can be planned across manufacturers and scaled flexibly.
Lighting design develops the creative idea; lighting technology provides the systems required and implements the concept technically. With the Mobile PreViz Studio, looks and sequences can be prepared before load-in.
Yes. Flight Event rents out lighting equipment, from single fixtures to complete lighting systems – with planning, setup and on-site support on request.

MORE THAN EQUIPMENT.
A good lighting system does not end at the flight case. Flight Event combines equipment, planning, previsualisation and production experience into solutions that work in real-world operations.
