Privacy

Fixture LookUp for iPhone, iPad and Android. Last updated: 17 October 2026.

In short

Fixture LookUp works without an account on our servers, without ads and without tracking. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. What you enter in the app stays on your device.

Controller

A data protection officer is not required by law and has not been appointed.

Data stored only on your device

Your profile (name, role, company, email, default console), your own fixtures, favourites, history, patch lists and settings are stored locally only. We have no access to them. Delete everything under Settings → Profile → “Delete profile & data”, or by removing the app.

Fixture data

On first launch and when you download the database for offline use, the app fetches fixture and gel data as static files. No personal data is sent, only the technically required connection (IP address). The app version already includes the data.

Sign in with Apple (optional)

If you sign in with Apple, Apple provides an anonymous identifier and, if you agree, your name and email (possibly a “Hide My Email” address). The app stores this on your device only. Unlink it in your profile or revoke it in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Purchases and subscription

The Fixture LookUp Pro yearly plan is purchased and paid through Apple’s App Store (or Google Play). We receive no payment data, only confirmation from Apple or Google whether a subscription is active. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract). Apple’s or Google’s privacy policies apply to payment.

App Store, TestFlight and crash reports

Apple gives us aggregated statistics (e.g. downloads) and, if you enabled “Share with App Developers” in iOS Settings, anonymous crash reports. If you join the beta through TestFlight, we see what TestFlight shows (e.g. device model, iOS version, crash reports and feedback you choose to send; for email invitations also name and email). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in a stable app.

Email support

If you write to us, we process your email address and message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when no longer needed and no retention duty applies.

As we store no personal data on servers, we usually hold no data about you.

Children

The app is intended for event technology professionals, not for children under 16.

We update this policy when the app or the law changes. The version published here applies.
